Elizabeth Stearn
EXECUTIVE FUNCTION COACH
As the parent of a teen with Complex ADHD and more than 20 years climbing the corporate ladder, Elizabeth brings both personal insight and professional perspective to her work. She has successfully navigated school systems, advocated for accommodations, and coached teams using proven, research-based strategies.
Elizabeth believes executive functions—such as planning, cognitive flexibility, time management, and self-monitoring—form the internal architecture of success. These skills are foundational across all stages of life, directly influencing learning, behavior, and self-esteem. With the right support, she believes anyone can build the tools needed to reach their full potential.
Elizabeth has studied the work of leading experts in the field, including Russell Barkley, Sarah Ward, Peg Dawson, and Richard Guare. She earned certification in executive functioning through Tera Sumpter’s Seeds of Learning program, which focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of learning challenges.
