Isabelle Martin
ACADEMIC INSTRUCTOR
Isabelle graduated from Bates College with a BS in Mathematics and minors in Physics and Hispanic Studies. For three years there, she worked as a peer tutor, supporting fellow students through STEM coursework. This experience grounds her approach to teaching math today.
A captain of the Women's Varsity Rowing Team, Isabelle earned multiple Scholar Athlete awards and was named a CRCA First Team All-American, and she brings that same discipline and balance to her work in the classroom. She is drawn to the practical power of mathematical confidence as much as the beauty of math as a language, and her goal is to teach high school math.
Outside the classroom, Isabelle enjoys hiking, biking, skiing, and playing the tuba.
