Sponsor a Student

Every student deserves a mentor who knows them, believes in them, and shows up for them consistently. Your sponsorship makes that possible for a student who otherwise wouldn't have access to this kind of support.

How it Works

1. You Commit You choose a package and complete your sponsorship.

2. Students Apply Once we have sponsors confirmed, we invite students to apply through a written application and interview. We select students who are motivated, committed, and ready to do the work.

3. We Make the Match We thoughtfully pair each student with a dedicated AH&A coach and a sponsor whose preferences align with theirs. Then the work begins.

Choose a Package

Test Prep $2,000 for 12 one-on-one sessions with a dedicated coach focused entirely on SAT or ACT preparation. Available as a standalone sponsorship or as an add-on to any package. Click here to Sponsor a Student at this level

Bi-Weekly $3,500 for 20 one-on-one sessions throughout the school year. The student will meet every other week with a dedicated AH&A coach. Sessions weave together academic tutoring, personal development, executive function support, and mentorship. For juniors, this support includes college list building and pre-application logistics. For seniors, this support includes essay writing, application strategy, and submission logistics, starting in June. Click here to Sponsor a Student at this level

Weekly $6,700 for 40 one-on-one sessions throughout the school year. Same as the bi-weekly package, with greater frequency and momentum. Click here to Sponsor a Student at this level

Please note that sponsorships are not tax deductible at this time. We are actively hiring someone to help us build out a nonprofit so we can grow this program — but we want to start supporting these students as soon as possible.

  • Our team will be in touch within a few business days. You'll complete a short preferences form so we can make the best possible match, and we'll keep you posted as we finalize pairings.

  • That depends on the student. Some welcome a connection with their sponsor — others prefer to stay focused on the work. We ask both sponsors and sponsees about their preferences and only facilitate a meeting if both are comfortable. There is no expectation either way.

  • Students submit a written application and complete an interview with our team. We are looking for young people who are motivated and ready to engage — and who would genuinely benefit from this kind of support.

  • Ideally we would love our sponsors to see their sponsees through graduation, but we understand that is not an option for everyone. Our goal will be to match the student with a new sponsor.
