Lauren Fenning
EXECUTIVE FUNCTION COACH
Lauren holds a Master's degree from Teachers College, Columbia University, and brings over 20 years of experience helping students and adults build the skills they need to thrive in school, college, and the workplace. Her expertise spans executive functioning, learning differences, ADHD, autism, emotional regulation, metacognitive skills, learning strategies, and self-advocacy. She has worked with learners ranging from upper elementary through graduate school—including medical school—as well as adults navigating career and daily demands.
Her background as a Pennsylvania-certified special education teacher, test administrator for a neuropsychologist, and learning specialist gives her a deep understanding of how executive functioning affects every area of life. Her coaching is personalized, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based practices, helping clients develop practical skills they continue using long after coaching ends.
Lauren lives in Pennsylvania with her husband, college-aged son, and adopted dog. She loves to sing and leads a local grassroots initiative to help neighbors establish native plant gardens that support pollinators and local wildlife.
